Inspired Woman is a place to come for advice, articles, inspiration and education on the issues women face everyday. It is written by me, Katherine Helman, who is a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
The beautiful thing about life is that you can fly as high as your dreams take you. That means being all the things you enjoy or find passion in. By profession, I am a writer, marketing consultant, and co-owner of home remodeling firm. Spiritually, I live my life in the Taoist philosophy, seeing the interconnectedness of all things. Further enriching my life are my interests and passions in interior design and decorating, reading, gardening, nature, and creative hobbies of all kinds. Of course, my greatest love is my family — my children, husband, parents, sisters and brothers, and nieces and nephews. They are my foundation.
While my life has seen the darkest of days, it has also been blessed in so many ways. My life purpose is to use these experiences and the knowledge I have gained throughout my life to help, inspire, educate and motivate women to be everything they desire of themselves.
